These Creator Terms and Conditions help ensure that all creators and customers are on the same page when it comes to submitting and selling content on RustRearm. By uploading content, you agree to these terms, which help us maintain a safe, fair, and reliable marketplace.

Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

To be a creator on RustRearm, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. Please ensure that all the information you provide is accurate and up-to-date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account; if you suspect any unauthorized activity, notify us immediately.

Ownership and Rights to Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you submit ("Submitted Content"). By uploading your content, you grant RustRearm a non-exclusive license to use, modify, promote, and display your content in order to operate and market our platform. You also warrant that you have the necessary rights to submit the content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

Anti-Competitive Behavior

Creators must refrain from any actions that could harm the RustRearm marketplace or undermine the interests of our community. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Offering your content at a lower price on competing platforms.
• Directly soliciting customers to bypass RustRearm.
• Any other actions that divert revenue from the platform.

Such actions not only harm RustRearm but also the broader community of creators. We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend accounts if we determine that anti-competitive behavior is taking place.

Maintaining Fair Pricing

Creators must price their content fairly. Prices listed on RustRearm should be consistent with those on other platforms. This helps ensure that customers always feel confident in the value they receive.

Non-Disparagement

We expect creators to refrain from making false, negative, or misleading statements about RustRearm, its team, or its community. Public disparagement on social media or other platforms may result in removal of your content or account termination.

Support the Community

RustRearm is home to a diverse group of creators and users. We encourage you to support one another and to contribute positively to the community. Avoid any behavior that might harm other creators or disrupt the marketplace.

Quality Standards and Reviews

All files you upload must be safe, functional, and meet our quality standards. Our curators will review your submissions to ensure that they work as described and do not contain harmful code. If your content does not meet our standards after upload, it may be removed or placed on hold.

Support and Updates

You are expected to provide ongoing support and updates for your paid content for at least six months after the first sale. Should issues arise, you are responsible for addressing them in a timely manner.

Abandonment and File Maintenance

If your paid content becomes unsupported or is deemed abandoned, RustRearm reserves the right to maintain the content or assign a new maintainer to ensure ongoing support for buyers. By uploading content, you grant RustRearm a non-exclusive license to modify or maintain your content if necessary.

Transfer of License Upon Sale

In the event of a sale or transfer of RustRearm, the license granted by you to the platform will not automatically transfer to the new owner. You have the right to revoke the license and withdraw your content, subject to proper notification procedures.

Refunds and Disputes

Once a file is downloaded, all sales are final. If a buyer encounters an issue, you are expected to address it directly. In special cases, RustRearm may intervene to resolve disputes, potentially issuing refunds at your discretion.

Earnings and Fees

Sales revenue is deposited directly into your RustRearm wallet. You can withdraw your earnings at any time, subject to a small fee deducted for processing and platform upkeep. You are responsible for managing any applicable taxes.

Payment Processing and Tax Responsibilities

RustRearm acts only as a facilitator for payments and is not responsible for tax, VAT, or other related obligations. Please consult a tax professional regarding your responsibilities.

Your Responsibilities

Please ensure that your content remains updated and compatible with the latest software updates. Outdated or misleading descriptions may result in removal of your content.

Warranties and Indemnity

You warrant that you have the rights to the content you submit and that it is free from harmful code. If any claims arise due to your content, you agree to indemnify RustRearm for any costs incurred.

Limitations of Liability

RustRearm is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of your content or the platform. Use of any files downloaded from RustRearm is at your own risk.

Termination

RustRearm reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or applicable laws. Existing licenses granted to buyers will remain in effect, but you will no longer be able to upload new content.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of RustRearm after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
