Check compatibility before buying
After downloading a digital resource, refunds are not offered for a change of mind, no longer needing it or an incorrect choice. The buyer’s mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
Before you buy
Read the description, compatibility, dependencies and license terms. If you have questions, discuss them with the creator before placing your order.
If the file has not been downloaded
Contact support before downloading. Each case is assessed individually; the absence of a download does not create an automatic right to a refund.
Resource issues
If there is a significant error or a mismatch with the description, contact the creator first. If the issue remains unresolved, escalate the ticket to RustRearm support with a description of the error and your correspondence.
Exceptional cases
Support reviews incorrect or duplicate charges, unauthorized payments and other justified exceptions. The decision depends on the circumstances and applicable law. This policy does not limit the buyer’s mandatory legal rights.
Services and custom projects
The parties agree on scope, deadlines, acceptance and cancellation terms before the project begins. The rule for downloaded files does not automatically apply to services.
Current platform mode
Real payments are not yet accepted. A curator’s exceptional decision changes only the test balance and file access. Before commercial launch, the owner must identify the seller and jurisdiction and finalize the legal terms.
