Check compatibility before buying
After a digital resource has been downloaded, no refund is provided if the buyer changes their mind, chose the wrong resource or no longer needs it. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
Before you buy
Read the description, compatibility, dependencies and license terms. If you have questions, discuss them with the creator before placing your order.
If the file has not been downloaded
Contact support before downloading. Each case is assessed individually; the absence of a download does not create an automatic right to a refund.
Resource issues
If a resource has a material defect or does not match its description, contact the creator first. If the issue remains unresolved, send the case to RustRearm support with the error details and conversation history.
Exceptional cases
Support reviews incorrect or duplicate charges, unauthorized payments and other justified exceptions. The decision depends on the circumstances and applicable law. This policy does not limit the buyer’s mandatory legal rights.
Services and custom projects
The parties agree on scope, deadlines, acceptance and cancellation terms before the project begins. The rule for downloaded files does not automatically apply to services.
Current platform mode
Payments are in test mode and do not accept real funds. An exceptional curator decision only changes the test balance and file access.
