At RustRearm, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our customers and ensure that they are satisfied with their purchases. However, due to the nature of digital goods, please note that all sales are final and no refunds are provided after a product has been downloaded.

No Refunds After Download

Due to the nature of digital goods, we cannot offer refunds once a product has been downloaded. Digital products, such as plugins, maps, and other tools, can be duplicated and used without any means to return the original item. Therefore, all sales are considered final.

Refund Requests to Authors

If you believe that a purchased product is not as described, contains significant issues, or is not functioning properly, you must raise your concerns directly with the author of the product. You can contact the author through their profile page or via the contact information provided within the product description. The author will then have the opportunity to address your concerns, provide necessary support, and, if appropriate, issue a refund at their discretion.

Reporting Issues

In the rare case that you encounter issues with a product, and the author is unresponsive or unhelpful, please report this to our support team at support@rustrearm.com. We will investigate the issue and take appropriate action.

Exceptions

In some exceptional circumstances, RustRearm may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team at support@rustrearm.com if you believe your situation warrants special consideration.
